Products & specification

Start here if you are still choosing between models, layouts and power packages.

Can a water jetcar drive on roads?

No. These products are watercraft. The car-inspired appearance does not indicate road-driving capability or road approval. Discuss trailer and transport arrangements for any movement on land.

How do I choose the right engine?

Start with the intended use, passenger load and operating area, then request a matched hull and engine specification. Power or speed figures from one configuration should never be applied to another.

Are two-seat or four-seat models better?

Two-seat craft suit individual driving and couple experiences, while larger layouts support families or guided formats. Confirm the actual seating, payload and operating rules for the selected model.

What other watercraft do you supply?

Alongside water jetcars we discuss yachts, water go-karts and sightseeing boats. Availability and specification for each category are confirmed per enquiry.

Colours & customization

Colour, trim and branding requests are reviewed against the selected model before anything is confirmed.

Can I customise the colour?

Yes. Colours can be customised. Share a RAL reference, brand colour code or clear photo reference, and confirm the achievable finish and any additional cost in your quotation.

Can our logo be applied to the craft?

Send the logo file with the preferred position and size. Placement, application method and feasibility are reviewed per model, and the agreed result is recorded in the order documents.

Do you accept OEM orders?

OEM enquiries are reviewed case by case. Describe the branding, packaging or design changes you need so scope, feasibility, quantity requirements and cost can be confirmed in writing.

Will customization change price or lead time?

It can affect both. Ask for the revised schedule and price in the quotation before the order is confirmed.

Ordering & production

How an order is confirmed, produced and checked before it leaves the workshop.

Can I order a single water jetcar?

Tell us the model and quantity you need, whether it is one craft for private use or several for a fleet. Minimum order, pricing and availability are confirmed in your quotation.

What is the production and delivery lead time?

Lead time depends on the model, quantity, colour, engine package and current workshop schedule. Request the production schedule for your specific order rather than a general figure.

How is the craft tested before it ships?

Confirm which functional and water tests apply to your production version, what is recorded and which test documents travel with the shipment.

Can we inspect the craft before shipment?

Buyer, third-party and remote inspection can all be discussed. Agree the inspection point, scope, responsibility and timing in the order documents.

Packing, shipping & documents

What to settle before the craft leaves the factory and arrives in your market.

How are packing and shipping arranged?

Packing depends on the model, quantity and transport route. Confirm the protection method, loading arrangement, shipping marks and freight terms in your quotation.

Which documents are provided for import?

Document requirements differ by destination country. Tell us the import market early so the available documents can be confirmed against your own customs requirements.

Do you deliver a large order in phases?

Phased delivery can be planned for multi-unit orders. Confirm the model mix, phase quantities, schedule and freight terms for each phase in writing.

Who arranges transport in our country?

Responsibility depends on the agreed freight terms. Clarify who handles destination handling, customs clearance and inland transport before the order is placed.

Operation & after-sales

Running the craft day to day, and the support scope to agree in advance.

What warranty and after-sales support is included?

Ask for the written warranty scope, exclusions, spare-parts arrangement and support route for your model and engine package. These terms are confirmed in your quotation.

What should be checked between rides?

Use a repeatable handover routine covering boarding, fuel or battery status, controls, hull condition, safety equipment and cleaning. The final checklist depends on the confirmed configuration.

Can you provide spare parts?

Discuss a recommended spare-parts package with your order, including consumables and replenishment, so the operating team is not waiting on parts later.

Do you provide operating guidance for our team?

Basic operation, inspection routines and maintenance documentation can be discussed. Local operating rules, licensing and supervision requirements remain the operator responsibility.
